HMS Group will develop and supply mainline pumping aggregates for the pipeline East Siberia-Pacific Ocean – 1 (ESPO-1)

The united trading company of HMS Group –Hydromashservice JSC – has won a tender and entered into a contract with TsUP VSTO LLC, a subsidiary of AK Transneft JSC , for design and supply of 20 mainline pumping agregates ANM 10000-380-2 for their installation at oil pumping stations of the pipeline system ESPO-1 (Oil Pumping Stations No12, 13, 16, 18, 20). Contract conditions stipulate performance of the entire scope of works, including equipment design, manufacture, and testing, as well as installation supervision and commissioning works.

Pumping aggregates ANM 10000-380-2 (feed – 11,674 m³/h, head – 351 m) were developed in accordance to Special Technical Requirements of AK “Transneft. Full-scale testing of the new equipment will be performed under the auspices of HMS Group’s testing center.

Apart from this order, HMS Group also supplies mainline piping aggregates for ESPO-2. Specifically for the project East Siberia – Pacific Ocean, the Group’s R&D specialists have developed effective technical solutions. The liquid end of ESPO pumps was designed using cutting-edge software tools of computational fluid dynamics, which will ensure the high performance coefficient of the mainline pumping aggregates. The pumps are fitted with the equipment produced by leading manufacturers: modern electric motors and hydraulic couplings, high-performance aerial coolers.
