HMS Group announces today that, in a series of transactions, it has acquired 61.75% of the share capital (62.27% of the voting shares) of the leading Russian project and design institute ZAO “NIITurbokompressor named after V.B.Shnepp” (Turbokompressor) located in Kazan, Tatarstan, for total consideration of Rub 207.7 mn (c. US$ 6.6 mn), paid in cash.

HMS Group announces today that, in a series of transactions, it has acquired 26.14% of the share capital (23.19% of the voting shares) of the leading Russian project and design institute ZAO “NIITurbokompressor named after V.B.Shnepp” (Turbokompressor) located in Kazan, Tatarstan, for total consideration of Rub 87.5 mn (c. US$ 2.8 mn), paid in cash.

HMS Group announces today that it has signed a contract for manufacturing and delivery of a compressor station worth Rub 1,254 mn (c. US$ 40 mn).

Apollo Goessnitz GmbH designed, manufactured and delivered two bespoke BB5 pumping units according API 610 to Novokuibyshevsk Oils and Additives Plant (Samara region).
